Pet Friendly Complex 

The Gentilly is pet friendly and accepts non aggressive animals under 30 lbs. One pet limit per bedroom. In order to be listed in lease agreement, each pet must be included in the rental application and is approved on a case by case basis.  A $350.00 refundable pet deposit and $35.00 per month pet rent is required on each approved pet to live on premises.
